This is the result of a poll organized during the Batibouw fair, where we presented our new wood stove, Gustav, in sprightly colours. The red Gustav was clearly the most popular model, followed by black and green. The anthracite, grey, black gloss enamel and white gloss enamel versions were already included in our collection.

The idea was to add one more colour – the winning colour – but the response was so overwhelming that we decided to produce not 1 but 4 additional colours! Read more.

Behind the Gustav’s sleek design, the smartest technologies take care of an economical, green and healthy combustion. This way, the post-combustion of the flue gases in the burning chamber is also responsible for an exceptionally low emission of CO and fine dust, and for an efficiency rate of no less than 81%.

Consequently, Gustav now already easily meets the stringent German norm which will be effective from 2015 onwards and which is generally considered as the reference par excellence for future European and national legislations. In addition, Gustav is equipped with SAEY’s unique SNORKEL technology. This technology will draw all fresh oxygen necessary for the combustion process from the outside, not from your living room – a must for today’s increasingly insulated homes.
