SAEY gives no less than six years’ warranty on the construction of inset fires. On the replaceable parts, you can enjoy a two-year warranty.

On all other SAEY appliances a two-year warranty applies on possible construction errors. This applies from the purchase date onwards and to the extent that the usage is in accordance with the operation instructions. Your receipt or invoice with listed date of purchase will apply as your warranty certificate.

This warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of those parts which present faults during normal usage. This warranty will not stand for faults that result from bad installation, wrong usage, modifications to the appliance, disassembling the appliance, wear or lack of maintenance.
